Having to deal with the ups and downs that Diabetes can bring is an #EverydayReality that we as diabetics have to face. Diabetes is a serious mental game; you have good days and you have bad ones. With Diabetes you never know what your blood sugar will bring you one day to the next...it’s a total crap shoot. The Crossfit Open is upon us and people are getting nervous, excited, and scared. For those who don’t know what the Crossfit Open is, it’s a five week competition. Each week Crossfit headquarters posts a workout on Thursday. Once the workout is released you have four days to get your best score. Each week competitors try to get the best score they can, so they can make it to the Crossfit Regionals. The Crossfit Regionals is where they have their chance to make it to the Crossfit games.
